Nature of transaction
All amounts funded into your account represent monetary value redeemable solely for future payment of a bill, merchandise, or services. The funding transaction is not a sale of a product, and no goods are purchased or transferred at the time funds are added.
Liability and usage
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the handling of funded amounts. Funds generally cannot be canceled once a payment request is processed. Treat your account balance as cash; it may not be replaced if lost or stolen unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No warranties on funds
Wall Street Finance disclaims any warranties, express or implied, related to the use of funded amounts beyond their value for future payments or credits. We are not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of your account balance.
Billers
Billers agree that the payment ecosystem acts as the agent of the payee on their behalf when processing payments through the platform.
